Found a pitbull mix, male, black and white near The Hotel Normandie in between 6th St. And Normandie Ave. The dog is very friendly and obeys simple commands. I’m positive this dog has an owner. A coworker of mine will be taking him to the vet and/or rescue shelter to see if he is microchipped. Please contact me with any questions.
