Webbley is an indoor cat who has never liked the outside but he got out somehow. He’s a sweet boy tabby with tiger marks, white feet, white chest and black collar with a bell on it. One of his back paws has a place where it looks like the top of a heart. He’s my best bud and we really hope he comes home soon!!
