Help Rescue Kittan: Lost Calico in Philly!

This is a unique situation. I took my cat to Belmont Plateau after a vet visit to get some air. When I opened the carrier, she got spooked and darted up a tree. I hired an arborist, and he was able to get close, but she runs up higher when he tries to grab her. She is now in a large cluster of trees and bushes on the side of the parking lot. It's been three days, and she's really dehydrated from the heat. I'm very worried about her. If anyone can help me capture her, it will be greatly appreciated, and I will be indebted to you forever. I love Kittan dearly. She is a 10-11 month old calico. She is black, white, and orange all over, with a black dot on her right back paw.
