Missing Tabby Cat: Blue Harness, Green Eyes

He’s a mixed tabby cat medium, short hair he does not like whistling and do not chase him. He will run. He has a blue harness with a bell and may have gotten stuck. He is cream coloured with some black and brown lines with green eyes
