Luca is a male, toy Australian shepherd. He is tiny, 10 pounds, a blue Merle with gray, white, black and tan markings. ONE BLUE EYE. ONE BLIND EYE (his right one). He is very shy and fearful. Do not chase! Please call 828-384–2071 if you sight him. try to take a picture or a video and keep them in eyesight if possible. Do not approach!!
