she is a shih tzu mix with medium, wavy hair that consists of white, grey, and brown/tan colors. she is wearing her pink/purple collar that should have her tag that includes my phone number. she escaped, ran loose, and has been spotted around the forest preserve next to the location she went missing. she was last spotted Oak Ave in Lyons right next to the forest preserve and has been spotted heading into said forest.
