"Roscoe" has been missing since 7/4, he went missing in EDEN,GA off of HWY 80 in Effingham GA. He is a MALE grey and white Pitbull! Does not like loud noises or fireworks (that's what made him run off.) He is microchipped and we have reported him missing on PET WATCH 24/7.
