Help Find Jake: Missing German Shepherd

Jake is a 4 year old German shepherd. He is a big baby at 90 lbs. He was last seen on Manly Farm Road in Wake Forest. He is wearing a tan collar with a black name patch that says “Jake” his collar also has a bell on it. Jake has skin issues, so has a couple of sores on his legs from him chewing. He also has a bald spot on his side from where I shaved him due to a small hot spot. He is black and red (dark tan?) he is microchipped, up to date on all vaccines, and incredibly loved and missed. Please help me bring Jake home.
