Male, French Bulldog approximately 20lbs, blue fawn (white, tan, and grayish blue) color. Skin tag at the base of left ear and dark spots on belly near back legs and genitals. Blue collar with silver plate and tags attached. French Bulldog and white bulldog were playing at entrance to the neighborhood. White SUV with black, male driver pulled over and grabbed the French bulldog.
