Morty escaped from his harness on a busy night in the Marina. He is a small dark brown chihuahua mix with black markings/stripes and a white muzzle. His fur appears lighter and reddish in the sun. He has long hind legs, a mole on the left side of his face next to his mouth, is neutered and has a microchip.
