Missing Friendly Black Cat with White Spots

He is very friendly, chirpy meow, slightly chunky but not overweight, young male, black with a couple white toe beans on one of his back paws, white spots on his belly, armpit, and chest We last saw / heard him around 3-4AM on Sunday, September 29, but heard coyotes in the area the night before. We are also concerned he may have felt sick as he's been eating less lately, so we want to get him back as quickly as possible as we were planning a vet trip soon. He does go outside, but hes mostly an indoor cat and never goes past our yard, so its very unlike him to not to respond to calls.
