Lost Dog on Porch, Needs Help - East Morgan Ave

Found wandering, now hiding on porch. No one is home. Lead is broke and doesn’t match lead in yard. Called madacc they can’t go on someone property, non emergency is going to take a while. I have to go. Anyone have time to stay with this baby and wait?
