The location service is wonky. FOUND WEST 13TH ST AND HIGHLAWN 11223 has a collar with a tag but could not get a pic or close enough in the dark. He or she has a friend who is identical to them who has no collar, they yowl at eachother alot but never seem to attack, just argue. May be an outdoor cat for all i know thought.
