Missing Cat: Sick & Needing Meds, Peoria

Un-neutered male, pale green eyes, he was taken from around my apartment. He has Stomatitis and drools alot and was having a flare up and wasn't eating so I had him on meds and was syringe feeding him. He loved to be outside at night and I know someone took him thinking he was sick but he was being very well taken care of. I'm devastated and need help finding him.
