Reddish Brown coat. Starting to gray around muzzle. Has a large lipoma under right arm on chest. Has a surgical scar from a surgery known as a urethrastomy which allows him to urinate from. He has a rare condition and requires a medical diet. It is urgent I find him. He is 7 year old male chihuahua. Got out from the backyard.

He has a surgical scar from a surgery that he had that made a new hole to urinate from which is where he was neutered at. He has rare medical condition that caused the bladder stone to block his urethra. So he pees from the surgical hole similar to how a female dog pees. He requires a special urinary diet. Urgent.
