He was following another neighbor dog who likes to wonder around the town and he was missing also but came back without Ziggy (missing dog). Around 9:30pm he was last seen at one of the banks in oil city. He has long hair for now since he wasn’t groom yet and he’s highly friendly and smiles when he approaches you.
