Emmett jumped off my balcony and then ran when I tried to grab him. He’s an all black cat, long fur, fluffy tail that usually is tucked under him, with green eyes. He is very skittish and scared of almost everything. He likes to hide under things and in narrow places. He is a very thin cat and runs very fast, low to the ground. He does not have a collar.
