Black chihuahua with white muzzle, 10 lbs., 14 years old, no teeth, weak back legs, very friendly and sweet. Was not wearing his wheelchair when he went missing. I'm still hoping he's alive, but I need him back even if he's not. Possibly an owl may have kidnapped him.
