Nico was in a car accident on pattentown rd Ooltewah TN / Chattanooga TN He is a 2 1/2 year old male neutered dog 8lbs black hair mostly straight long except back legs where shaved during surgery a year ago. With little white on chin & chest verticle scar on tummy very sweet sick needs meds. Can’t be vaccinated due to liver kidney bladder and heart problems. Severely allergic to anesthesia- his heart stops. Please help bring Nico home to me
