Small brown and white chihuahua mix with a pink collar. Her name is Frances. She is very sweet and timid. 7 lbs. She will run if chased and can be nervous. Her coloring looks like a Boston terrier. She was last seen running down 23rd Street in Golden Hill California during fireworks
