Blue Heeler/Border Collie Mix. He has white spotted socks on all 4 legs and a short tail. Black with white chest and a white spot on his head. He got startled at the park by a loud noise and just took off. He is a very sweet boy but is very anxious so I am not sure that he will come to strangers. If you have seen him please let me know so we have a better idea of where to look for him. Help us bring our baby home. He was last seen around Franklin/Eagle
