Who doesn’t have a collar he’s micro chipped. He’s hanging out by Welshwood Apartments. He looks like a raccoon. He’s very talkative. He will run away. He’s been eating the food outside, but we can’t seem to catch him. If anybody could catch them I’d be very appreciated. Thank you so much.
