Charlie is a long haired chihuahua who's jumped out of my vehicle April 26th which was on a Sunday the cashier in the store told me that she saw him jumping one vehicle and then the lady handed him off to people in another vehicle she did not realize it was my dog I've tried to get the police to pull pull the tape to see if we could see the tag so I could try to get up with them I have tried animal control I've been by the store everyday I just don't know what to do
