A flea collar on not a regular collar, she’s a very well-behaved dog, but she might be scared. She loves people and other animals, but has never been in this situation before so I couldn’t tell you her mannerism. She was apparently last seen 12 hours later in Branchburg, which is about 5 1/2 miles, but again no photo it was an allegedly spotting.
