Ellis is Grey, Black and Brown 20lb female Blue Heeler. She has black ears and black patches over both eyes. Her tail is Not docked. She has a black harness with part of a leash attached. Her leash got caught under our truck tire and snapped when she was startled by a lowd noise. She is a rescue we had only had for four days. Ellie is extremely skittish and will bolt if approached or chased.
