Bruce is a two year-old uncut brown, reddish miniature pinscher with a cut tail and his ears are not. He climbed under the fence and got out and then was spooked. He is very skittish and timid. Unfortunately I did not have a collar and he is not micro chipped he needs to come home. I need his location in for the person that sees him just to contact me as soon as possible, and I could get to him.
