Lost Dog in Petersburg: Help Us Find Him!

He went missing on july 4th around 5pm . We live in petersburg,va battlefield park . He's all balck w a brown patch on his butt its more noticable in the light . He is bout 6 in long i think and short he should have a mini afro hair cut and he is friendly and wont bite maybe bark but never bite .
