Missing Dog Buddy: 6lb Wire Hare Dodson Mix

Buddy is a wire hare Dodson mix, maybe a chiwennie, he is 6lbs with black and gray hair. He has a grey Mohawk when I stand it up. He is not neutered but is chipped and the info on the chip is current. He did not have his collar on when he left. Friday the 13th I had a friend over that’s dog was in heat prior and maybe still in heat cause he was determined to get to her but they left and Buddy was still home after cause I remember him sniffing the carpet where the other dog was sitting. This was approx midnight. Buddy is always right next to me. When I sit on the couch he lays on my feet to make sure I don’t get up and leave without him knowing. He has major abandonment issues. His previous owner was my son’s best friend that passed away in may of 2023. . June of this year my son was sentenced to prison for a year. Buddy is very attached to me me and I have not been in a room alone since he can to live with us. Buddy will run becide my bike and is very good about staying on the sidewalk and knowing how to wait at the crosswalk and knows when it’s his turn to cross. Buddy is extremely intelligent and loves to hunt. He gives all the bunnies of the neighborhood a run for their money. He has never ran away. Ever. He will go in the front yard and do yard work with me and I don’t worry about him running off. Buddy is very special to me and my family and I have to find him
