Help Find Rosie: Fast, Shy Terrier Mix Lost!

Hi, Rosie is tan/sandy terrier mix with some dachshund and Chihuahua in her and is about 8 months. She has gotten her harness and leash off and is going in the woods and the creek. She comes out to houses and sees people and runs back. She’s extremely fast and we don’t know how to catch her. We miss her so much. We are using traps and she hasn’t gone to them; she isn’t a fan of crates. She has been found on the drone before, but she has gotten her harness off since and again we don’t know how to catch her. We are desperate and really need some help. Thanks
