Urgent: Help Find Owner of Injured Cat!

Female, very thin, unable to move back legs. Took her to the vet and there are no broken bones or obvious signs of trauma but she's displaying severe neurological symptoms. Could be head trauma that didn't show up on the X-ray or a pinched spinal cord. Her blood work came back okay. I'm going to leave her overnight at the vet but if her condition worsens I'm going to have to make the hard decision to euthanize. I just want to try to find her owner if possible
