Neptune is white with grey and brown spotted areas. He is a bit of a chatter box and loves to be picked up. He is chipped and has a green tattoo on his belly under his fur. He disappeared because my mom left the window open and he pushed the screen out. He loves loves loves food and treats. Good boy. 13lbs. Please help us find him.
