Friendly Fluffy Cat Found: White, Brown & Grey

I am not sure the breed or sex of this cat but they are white with brown, grey and black longer fur. They have a fluffy tail and white face with a dark spot around the left eye. They have a black collar with a white stripe and a bell. This cat is so friendly. I noticed the cat about a week ago but assumed it was just an outdoor cat, the more it comes to me i think it is missing because it is very skinny and wants to come in my house.I have been feeding them since yesterday and will continue to keep an eye on them and feed them while i try to find the owner
