White male Chihuahua with brown around ears and down his back. He was also born with cherry eyes on both his eyes. Coming out of Walmart this lady scared him so he jumped out of the stroller and took off. He ran across McCarran, across 7th and ran down the parking lot of the Vintage apartments. As a tenant was exiting the building he ran in but nobody saw him come out. The same tenant let me in the building to look for him but found nothing, and there's no way he could've gotten out on his own. The building is secure and requires a passkey to get in or out, it's been a month and there hasn't been any sighting of Quarter anywhere around the neighborhood. Please help me find my baby his brothers and sisters miss him. They're all depressed since he's been gone and I'm losing my mind without him
