Missing Black & White Cat: Freddy in Reston

Freddy is a domestic short hair black and white male spayed cat. He had escaped from home when one of the small children was walking out the door, he is friendly but will run if chase. He goes by Freddy and answers Frederick, he has a bell colar. He has a spot on his lip and a very small dot on one of his paws.
