He is very calm, and sweet. He has missing fur on his neck, matted hair with burs on the legs, and goopy (allergy) eyes. Blue colored eyes, black body with speckles of white (presumably from age) , and brown/tan legs. Short tail. He looks like he has been out for a week or so, he is skinny and hungry.
