Scotch is a neutered male, Sheba Inu. He was adopted from rescue after being discarded by an Amish puppy mill. He is very small only 15-20 pounds, neutered and extremely shy. He is red and white. He has never offered to bite but will do everything possible to stay away from you. Unfortunately, his collar is off and he broke out of his harness. He is microchipped.
