Help Find Max: Stolen Brown & White Dog

Max is brown and white he has a sock on his left paw he has a black goatee that goes under his chin with a heart under his chin he has a spot on the back of his head one of his molars is cracked he's he's a good dog he was 5 years old when he was taken he would be 9 years old now he was not fixed at the time he had a red color a camo camouflage harness and a red leaf he had his Raby tags on him so all they had to do was call Ogle County Animal Control and they can verify that he's registered through the county of Ogle County very easy he was stolen at the scene of the accident I was in ICU with major injuries my brother looked everywhere we posted signs through so many different towns through there and even where the accident was and every time we came back the posters and everything was taken down somebody knows where my Max is the police department at Ogle County has done absolutely nothing has the officer rugerberg that was in charge he gave me three different stories and I said well watch the truth and what are you doing about my dog he said I hope whoever has a mistaken care of him he's done absolutely nothing and neither has Ogle County Animal Control that's what makes me think that they know where my dog is but they just don't want to bring him and give him back to me I didn't abandon him I was in a car accident I just want to bring him home I need closure
