Special Needs Tabby Missing in Sacramento

2 and one-half year old male orange mixed tabby. He’s special needs and requires twice daily insulin injections and twice daily anti-seizure medications. He’s about 12 lbs, skinny. He is friendly when he feels safe, but around strangers, he tends to crouch real low and hide; sometimes in really small places.
