Urgent: Sweet Starving Cat Needs a Home

This super sweet kitty found starving to death. Skin and bones. Probably missing a very long time. So gentle you cannot believe. Please help kitty get home soon. I cannot keep it. Don’t know sex. Cannot afford vet. Praying to keep alive but eating really good. Could have changed a little if lost long ago like I am certain. Wants love 24/7. My cats separated. HELP. Can’t give up on it with my life falling apart in many ways right now. No money to take to vet. May have a chip?
