Missing dog, Sandy

Miniature Aussie, female, white, and brown, we are from Northern New Mexico in town visiting when she was frightened by balloons, popping and ran away and we didn’t notice for 20 min. Some people having a yard sale tried to catch her and she ran across 90th. We have been looking for her all day. She hs two blue eyes. A blue collar with tags her name is Zia and my number is 5058010106
