Pepper is a female black lab terrier mix, she is a medium sized dog with a small white strip on her chest. She can be skiddish around humans but is a friendly dog. She was staying in the Spring Lakes neighborhood and has been seen roaming around the neighborhoods off of Highlands Blvd. She is microchipped but is not currently wearing a collar.
