Izzy is tan/white/black mix. She pulled out of her harness with all tags and tracker. She is very skittish. Someone walked by and she jumped yanked and ran. You can put food out for her, put shr has to come to it on her own. 6mths old. Only had her 1.5mths, adopted from Ruth Steinhart SPCA.
