Help Find Our Lost Dog: Tan & White Mix

Male dog about 8 years old mix breed. He’s medium height, tan and white coat, about 10-16 lbs, we lost our dog when we tried to take h to the emergency vet as we thought he may have gotten hit by a car. But he bolted out of my car in fear and ran off.
