Lost Dog Cookie - Black/White/Brown Near Union City

Her name is Cookie she is black white and brown Australian shepherd and Husky. I have had my girl since she was a puppy. She is a very sweet dog and friendly. She went missing on 4/3 near Mallory Rd. Please if anyone has any information let me know I am worried sick about her and just want her home.
