Found Senior Pomeranian: Blind & Deaf, Villa Rica

Male dog, looks Pomeranian. He has blurry eyes and doesn’t acknowledge that people are talking so i’m guessing he’s is blind and deaf. He is senior. He was found walking the road below the train tracks near the Pet Spa.
