Lost Tuxedo Cat Near East Capitol St SE!

Our black and white tuxedo cat is indoor/outdooor but didn’t come in to eat/sleep with his family on Thursday. We discovered that he was locked out of our house when the ladder he uses to reach his cat door was accidentally moved. We haven’t seen him since and are very worried. He’s very friendly and likes people. He wasn’t wearing his collar.
