Help Find Zoee: Lost Pitbull in Waterford

Zoee is a 15 year old Female spayed pitbull mix. She is mostly black with a white strip on her chest. Her collar is purple, blue and white. She was last seen on 10/15 around 3pm in Waterford, Ca around chaffee lane area. She is a very friendly girl and has bad eyesight and is hard of hearing.
