Help Find Captain: Missing Shih Tzu

My brothers 14 year old shih tzu went missing on OCT 15th, he is mainly white with some grey/black patches around his body. Weighs roughly 8-10 pounds. He is hard of hearing and hard of seeing, his name is Captain. If you have any information please reach out to me thank you. 734-756-2467
