Missing Blue Heeler on South Lulu Ave, Wichita

It's a blue heeler (black dog), she has a thin black platic collar, tan and white feet, white line in forehead. She was playing in yard with other dogs and ran out scared of fireworks. She never does that, but she was nervous since fireworks started last week.
