His name is Sugar, he has a collar around his neck which has his name on it, and also my phone number. He is a white cat with orange tail and some orange spots on his head. He is a male cat, very friendly but kinda shy around people so he might run away from people if you come near him. He used to be an outdoor & indoor cat. He ran into the woods around Tall Pines Ct in Fairfax on March 31st, if anyone spots him please inform me ASAP!!
